Ingredients for 20 servings:

  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 50 g corn semolina or wheat semolina
  • 100 g vegetables, cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp herbs
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) nutmeg
  • 200 g yogurt
  • 1 tsp curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

great snack – not just for parties

Bring the vegetable stock to a boil. Stir in the semolina in a thin stream and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the vegetables and herbs, reserving a little for garnish. Season the mixture with pepper and nutmeg, cover, and let the semolina swell. Shape the mixture into an oblong block and let it cool. Then cut into small cubes. Decorate with herbs and vegetable pieces. Mix the yogurt with the curry and serve with the chocolates.
