Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 40 g ham or mortadella
  • 40 g salami
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • possibly herb(s)

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Pancakes with savory filling

Place the ingredients for the pancakes (flour, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper) in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer. Fry the pancakes in a pan with hot oil on both sides as usual. For the filling, chop all ingredients into bite-sized pieces. Fry the tomato, onion, ham, and sausage in a pan as well. Empty the cup of sour cream into a bowl, add the ingredients for the filling, and mix. Then spread this filling on the pancakes, roll them up, and sprinkle with herb pieces, if desired. This makes the whole thing even more delicious. I came up with the recipe myself and have received nothing but positive feedback from everyone I’ve served it to.
