Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 packs of processed cheese (total 500 ml)
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • salt and pepper
  • a little paprika powder
  • some olive oil
  • 4 turkey schnitzels

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Pound the meat, season with salt and pepper, and sear on both sides in hot olive oil. Season with paprika and let it rest. In the meantime, combine the cream with the processed cheese, adding salt, pepper, and paprika, if desired. Pour this mixture into an ovenproof casserole dish, drop in the schnitzels, and bake in the oven at 200°C for about half an hour. Using lactose-free cheese and cream also makes it suitable for people with lactose allergies.
