Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g crème fraîche herbs
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 100 g mozzarella, grated
- 100 g cheese (grated Emmental)
- 3 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
- 10 small rolls (bake-up rolls)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 10 minutes
Cut the cooked ham into very small cubes. In a large bowl, combine the crème fraîche, cooked ham, grated cheese, and crushed garlic cloves. Season with salt and pepper. Let it marinate overnight. Halve the rolls and spread a generous layer of the mixture. Bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes. It’s super quick and delicious.
