Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 200 g onion(s)
- 100 g bacon
- 4 eggs
- 260 ml cream
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- Oil for frying and for the dish

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Peel and chop 400g of the potatoes, and cook for 20 minutes. Chop the onions and bacon and fry in a pan. Peel and grate the remaining potatoes, then mash the cooked potatoes. Mix all ingredients with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour into a greased and lined baking dish/loaf pan. Bake at 200°C for about 60 minutes.
