Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g potatoes, peeled
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 tbsp potato flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Oil, for greasing

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Grate the potatoes and squeeze the excess water. Grate the onions and add them to the potatoes along with the potato flour, baking powder, and oil. Mix well and season with salt and pepper. Grease a small springform pan with oil and bake the mixture in the oven at medium temperature using top/bottom heat for about 1 hour.
