Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 pointed pepper, red, approx. 130 g
- 2 eggs, size M
- 20 g oat bran
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 5 g psyllium husk flour
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground
- 15 g herb mix (chives, parsley and basil)

A recipe for the Ninja Foodi Grill
Wash the pointed peppers, halve them, remove the stems, the white inner walls, and the seeds, and cut into cubes. Chop the herbs, not too finely. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl. Season generously with salt and pepper to taste. Divide the mixture among 9 muffin cups. Preheat the Nina Foodi to 150°C (300°F) using the Bake program and bake the muffins for 15 minutes until golden brown.
