Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs, size M
- 35 g wholemeal oat flour
- 100 ml carbonated mineral water
- 1 pinch of turmeric powder
- some salt
- some virgin coconut oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a whisk. Heat a pan, melt the coconut oil, and fry small pancakes until golden brown. This takes about 2-3 minutes per side. I had tzatziki and tomatoes as a side dish.
