- Substitute: ham sausage
- 100 g South Tyrolean pork pork
- 150 ml Cream
- 100 g Gorgonzola
- Very little salt, please season beforehand
- 2 Pinches White pepper
- 50 ml Vegetable broth
- Clean, roughly chop and wash the pork sausage
- Dice the onions and tomatoes
- Cut the bacon and meatballs into small pieces and fry them in the pan, then add the onions and savoy cabbage, add a little broth if necessary and cook gently.
- Shortly before the end of the cooking time, add the tomatoes, the cream and the Gorgonzola and let simmer briefly.
- We didn’t have meat on the side because the vegetables are rich enough. That’s a matter of taste. Otherwise meatballs go very well with it.
