  • 150 Krainer, that’s a sausage from Carinthia
  • Substitute: ham sausage

  • 100 g Gorgonzola
  • Very little salt, please season beforehand
  • 2 Pinches White pepper
  • 50 ml Vegetable broth
  1. Clean, roughly chop and wash the pork sausage
  2. Dice the onions and tomatoes
  3. Cut the bacon and meatballs into small pieces and fry them in the pan, then add the onions and savoy cabbage, add a little broth if necessary and cook gently.
  4. Shortly before the end of the cooking time, add the tomatoes, the cream and the Gorgonzola and let simmer briefly.
  5. We didn’t have meat on the side because the vegetables are rich enough. That’s a matter of taste. Otherwise meatballs go very well with it.
