Ingredients

  • 750 g Savoy cabbage
  • 3 small Fresh onions
  • 2 Toes Garlic
  • 1 Tomato
  • 150 Krainer, that's a sausage from Carinthia
  • Substitute: ham sausage
  • 100 g South Tyrolean pork pork
  • 150 ml Cream
  • 100 g Gorgonzola
  • Very little salt, please season beforehand
  • 2 Pinches White pepper
  • 50 ml Vegetable broth

Instructions

  • Clean, roughly chop and wash the pork sausage
  • Dice the onions and tomatoes
  • Cut the bacon and meatballs into small pieces and fry them in the pan, then add the onions and savoy cabbage, add a little broth if necessary and cook gently.
  • Shortly before the end of the cooking time, add the tomatoes, the cream and the Gorgonzola and let simmer briefly.
  • We didn't have meat on the side because the vegetables are rich enough. That's a matter of taste. Otherwise meatballs go very well with it.
