Ingredients for 3 servings:
- ½ savoy cabbage
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 3 butters
- 100 ml broth
- 250 ml sweet cream
- Salt
- pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- Paprika powder, hot
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Quarter the savoy cabbage, remove the stalks, and cut into pieces. Peel and dice the onion. Trim and chop the bell pepper. Heat the butter and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the savoy cabbage and bell pepper, fry briefly, and season with salt. Pour in the broth and cream and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Finally, season generously with paprika, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
