Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 small head of savoy cabbage, cut into fine strips
- 2 leeks, cut into fine strips
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 300 ml water
- 1 cube of meat broth
- 3 tbsp cream or milk
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp oil

Sauté the diced onions in oil, then add the savoy cabbage and leek strips and fry for about 3-4 minutes. Then add water and stock cubes and simmer until tender. Add cream or milk and season with salt, pepper, and parsley. This delicious autumn vegetable pairs well with mashed potatoes and sausages, for example.
