Pasta pan with zucchini

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g macaroni, cooked
  • 2 small zucchini, cleaned and sliced
  • 1 small onion(s) or small leek, peeled and cut into rings
  • 350 g cooked ham or cooked turkey breast, diced
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 200 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Sauté the zucchini and onion in a pan until softened. Add the pasta and ham. Bring the milk and cream to a boil, melt the cheese, and season the sauce to taste with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour the sauce over the pasta. Depending on your taste and the season, you can of course add other vegetables or replace the zucchini. If you like, you can also top the pasta with cheese in the oven.
