Savoy Cabbage Stew with Smoked Pork

- 0,5 Celery
- 1 Parsnip
- 600 g Carrots
- 0,5 head Savoy cabbage
- 500 g Potatoes
- 2 Onions
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1,75 l Meatsoup
- 1 kg Released pork chop
- 2 tbsp Medium hot mustard
- Salt pepper
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 Fresh ginger
- 1 bunch Parsley
- Clean, wash and dice the vegetables.
- Clean the cabbage, cut in half, wash and remove the stalk.
- Cut the cabbage into pieces.
- Peel, wash and dice the potatoes.
- Peel and finely dice the onions, ginger and garlic.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan.
- Sauté ginger, onion and garlic cubes in it, add vegetables and potatoes.
- Simmer, stirring, for 10 minutes.
- Add the cabbage approx. 20 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
- Wash the meat, pat dry, dice.
- Heat 1 tablespoons of oil in a pan, fry the meat for about 5 minutes while turning, remove.
- Deglaze the roasting set with 5 -6 tablespoons of stew stock, then add to the stew with the meat.
- Stir the mustard into the stew about 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
- Season the stew with salt and pepper.
- Wash the parsley, shake dry, chop finely and pour over the stew.
