Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large can/pear(s)
  • ⅛ liter pear juice
  • ¼ liter white wine
  • 25 g sugar
  • ½ packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 25 g starch flour
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ liter cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 15 minutes

Drain the pears, dice them, and place them in a glass bowl. Bring the eggs, cornstarch, pear juice, white wine, sugar, and vanilla sugar to a boil. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the custard. Season with a little lemon juice. Let the custard cool slightly, then pour it over the pears and refrigerate for about 4 hours.
