Schübli for Soup
The perfect schübli for soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 90 g Melted butter
- 2 Pc. Egg
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Nutmeg from the mill
- 100 g Durum wheat semolina
- 2 tbsp Clarified butter
- Melt the butter, let it cool down
- Put the eggs in the melted butter and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg
- Stir in durum wheat semolina and leave to swell for 10 minutes
- Put the butter lard in the pan and let it be ready to roast
- Using a teaspoon, put the dough in the pan, keeping the distance and the degree of browning, let it turn golden brown on both sides. degrease on paper towel.
