Chicken Fillets

The perfect chicken fillets recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 350 g Chicken fillets
  • 1 piece Big onion
  • 1 piece Tangerine
  • 1 tbsp Pepper mustard
  • 1 tsp Steak pepper
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • Salt
  1. Dice the onion.
  2. Squeeze the tangerine, you can use the pulp.
  3. Steam the onion pieces in rapeseed oil until translucent, then place the fillets on top.
  4. Since everything takes place over medium heat, there are no toasted aromas.
  5. Turn the chicken, a short time later add the juice, mustard (I had a medium hot one with green pepper in it) and pepper and stir.
  6. Let it steep for a few minutes with the lid closed.
  7. Season to taste with salt.
