Chicken Fillets
The perfect chicken fillets recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 350 g Chicken fillets
- 1 piece Big onion
- 1 piece Tangerine
- 1 tbsp Pepper mustard
- 1 tsp Steak pepper
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- Salt
- Dice the onion.
- Squeeze the tangerine, you can use the pulp.
- Steam the onion pieces in rapeseed oil until translucent, then place the fillets on top.
- Since everything takes place over medium heat, there are no toasted aromas.
- Turn the chicken, a short time later add the juice, mustard (I had a medium hot one with green pepper in it) and pepper and stir.
- Let it steep for a few minutes with the lid closed.
- Season to taste with salt.
