Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork steaks or small schnitzels, breaded
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 4 rolls or hamburger buns
- 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 4 tbsp salad mayonnaise
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Fry the schnitzel until crispy. Peel the cucumber and slice it into not-too-thick slices. Mix the tomato ketchup and mayonnaise together. Cut the roll in half and place a schnitzel on the bottom half of each roll. Arrange a few slices of cucumber on top and spread generously with the ketchup and mayonnaise mixture. Now put the lid on and enjoy! Have napkins ready. It makes a huge mess while eating, but it tastes incredibly good! Especially popular with kids!
