Ingredients
 

  • 4 Pork schnitzel
  • 1 can Sliced ​​pineapple
  • 1 Egg
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Smoke salt
  • Pepper
  • 125 ml Cream
  • 4 slices Ham or meat loaf
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 2 tsp Vegetable broth powder

  • 100 g Grated cheese to taste

Instructions
 

  • Beat the schnitzel and season with smoke salt and pepper.
  • Place breadcrumbs on one plate and egg yolks on another plate. Pull the schnitzel through the egg, then through the breadcrumbs and fry in oil, remove.
  • Drain the pineapple, collect the juice. Put 4 pineapple slices aside, cut the remaining slices into pieces and sauté in the frying oil. Deglaze with cream and some pineapple juice.
  • Season with vegetable stock and thicken with flour. Put the sauce in a baking dish and place the schnitzel on top.
  • Halve the ham or meat cheese slices and spread over the schnitzel. Place the pineapple slices on top and sprinkle with cheese if you like.
  • Baked in the oven at 180 ° C.
  • Goes well with pasta.
