Ingredients
- 4 Pork schnitzel
- 1 can Sliced pineapple
- 1 Egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Smoke salt
- Pepper
- 125 ml Cream
- 4 slices Ham or meat loaf
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 2 tsp Vegetable broth powder

- 100 g Grated cheese to taste
Instructions
- Beat the schnitzel and season with smoke salt and pepper.
- Place breadcrumbs on one plate and egg yolks on another plate. Pull the schnitzel through the egg, then through the breadcrumbs and fry in oil, remove.
- Drain the pineapple, collect the juice. Put 4 pineapple slices aside, cut the remaining slices into pieces and sauté in the frying oil. Deglaze with cream and some pineapple juice.
- Season with vegetable stock and thicken with flour. Put the sauce in a baking dish and place the schnitzel on top.
- Halve the ham or meat cheese slices and spread over the schnitzel. Place the pineapple slices on top and sprinkle with cheese if you like.
- Baked in the oven at 180 ° C.
- Goes well with pasta.
