Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 pork schnitzels, sliced as butterfly steak
- 4 slices of pork ham, e.g. Parma ham
- ¼ ml sweet cream
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- Clarified butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Season the schnitzels with salt and pepper and wrap them in the ham slices. Heat the pan with clarified butter and fry the schnitzels until crispy. Remove briefly and keep warm. Add the cream to the hot pan and season to taste, thickening slightly if necessary. Return the schnitzels to the pan and serve with new potatoes and a crisp salad.
