Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 10 pork schnitzels
- 3 jars of mushrooms
- 2 cups of cream
- 350 g Gouda, grated
- 60 g flour
- 1 tbsp Fondor
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- Grease for the tray
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Season the schnitzel with salt, pepper, and paprika and coat in flour. Then place it in a deep, greased baking sheet. Drain the mushrooms and add them to the meat. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 30 minutes, then spread the cheese over the meat. Whip the cream until stiff and season with 1 tablespoon each of Fondor and paprika. Then spread it over the meat and mushrooms and bake for another 30 minutes.
