Schnitzel Pizza
The perfect schnitzel pizza recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 piece Schnitzel of your choice
- 4 Discs Ham of choice
- 1 piece Tomatoes
- Sieved tomatos
- Pre-Cooked cauliflower
- Pre-Cooked broccoli
- Mozarella, Gouda, Emmental
- Salt, pepper, paprika powder
- Place the schnitzel (do not need to be pre-fried) on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
- Spread the passé tomatoes on it and then pour the ham (of your choice) over it.
- Spread the pre-cooked cauliflower and broccoli on top. Place sliced tomatoes on top and spread cheese on top to taste or preference
- Cover lightly with aluminum foil so that the cheese does not turn black during baking.
- Bake at about 175 degrees for 35 minutes and then again for 10 minutes without aluminum foil so that the cheese takes on color. Baking time can vary depending on how thick your schnitzel is
