Schnitzel Roulade in Cream Sauce

The perfect schnitzel roulade in cream sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Pork schnitzel
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 4 Discs Boiled ham
  • 4 Discs Gouda cheese
  • Salt pepper
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 400 ml Broth
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 100 ml Light sauce thickener
  1. Cut 4 thin slices lengthways from the zucchini and dice the rest.
  2. Cut the ham and cheese lengthways into strips.
  3. Season the meat, cover with ham, zucchini slices and cheese, roll up, pin.
  4. Dice the onions.
  5. Fry the roulades in oil, sauté onion and zucchini cubes.
  6. Pour in the stock and stew for about 20 minutes.
  7. Remove the roulades from the stock, stir in the processed cheese, bring to the boil and refine with the wine.
  8. Possibly. Thicken with sauce thickener.
  9. Serve the roulades with the sauce and ribbon noodles.
