Turkey schnitzel in bacon - cream sauce

  • 1 Turkey schnitzel
  • Bacon strips (leftovers)
  • 150 ml Cream
  • Salt, gourmet pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable paste - vegetable powder
  • Fat for frying to your taste
  • 1 Shallot

Instructions
 

  • Take a pan and add a little fat, heat. Salt and pepper the turkey escalope and fry briefly on both sides, remove. Peel and chop the shallot. Add to the frying fat along with the remaining strips of bacon.
  • Braise both in it and deglaze with cream. Vegetable paste - add the vegetable powder, stir and let simmer. Take a small round baking dish and grease / oil. Place the fried turkey escalope that was set aside in the baking dish.
  • Preheat the oven to 170 ° degrees top / bottom heat. Pour the finished bacon cream sauce over it. Then place the filled baking dish on the baking sheet and put it in the second rail from below. Now bake for 30 minutes.
