Scho-Ki-Ba Jam

The perfect scho-ki-ba jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1,5 kg Frozen sour cherries
  • 1 P Preserving sugar 3: 1
  • 1 P Citric acid
  • 3 piece Ripe bananas
  • 1 shot Chocolate liqueur
  1. Let the cherries thaw. Chop the bananas and add them. Mix together with the sugar and citric acid and bring to the boil in a large saucepan and let simmer for 3 minutes. Go through with the hand blender and finally add the chocolate liqueur.
  1. Fill everything into prepared jars and close them immediately.
