Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- some butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes
Melt some butter in a small pan. Crack the eggs and add them directly to the pan. Reduce the heat. Let the eggs cook briefly, then whisk with a fork, season with salt, and fry lightly until the eggs are fluffy.
