Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 300 g bacon, streaky
  • 300 g shrimp(s), ready to cook, optional
  • Paprika paste
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • some cream
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, finely chopped
  • Olive oil for frying
  • some herbs to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

(only for gourmets)

Sauté the onions and bacon in a little olive oil (just brown them lightly). Combine the eggs, a dash of cream, paprika, salt, pepper, and cheese. Add to the pan, stirring constantly. Add the tomatoes and, if desired, the shrimp. You can also add various herbs, such as chili, to taste.
