Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 eggs
- 75 g bacon, diced
- 1 small onion(s), diced
- some clarified butter
- 2 slices butter cheese, diced
- e.g. chopped parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Sauté the onions and bacon cubes in clarified butter in a pan. Whisk the eggs and add the cheese. Then reduce the heat to medium-low and add the eggs and cheese. Stir to prevent the scrambled eggs from burning. If desired, add a little parsley.
