Scrambled eggs with black bread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • Basil, dried
  • nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • some butter
  • 1 slice(s) of bread(s) (brown bread)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Crack two eggs into a bowl and whisk them with a fork until the yolk and egg white are well blended. Place the pan on the stovetop and add a little butter to fry. Season the eggs with pepper, salt, basil, and nutmeg. Beat everything until frothy and stir in the milk. Pour the mixture into the pan and stir continuously until it thickens. In between, take the slice of brown bread and spread it with butter.
