Scrambled Eggs with Crispy Bacon

- 1 packet Bacon
- 2 piece Eggs
- Whipped cream
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Nutmeg (freshly ground if possible)
- Paper towels
- Liquid frying fat with butter flavor
- For the crispy bacon, I cover the turntable of my microwave with kitchen paper in two layers. Then the bacon strips come next to each other, which I then cover with another layer of paper to soak up the fat from both sides. With 3 minutes at maximum power (750 watts) the bacon is ready quickly: the fat is absorbed by the paper. Remove the bacon from the paper layers. Except for the turntable, the microwave is clean
- I prepare the scrambled eggs by first heating a coated pan with a little liquid butterfat over a medium temperature. I mix two eggs with a dash of cream and, if you like, salt, black pepper from the mill and nutmeg from the mill. I pour this mixture into the pan as soon as the large bubbles of fat have disappeared. Let it stand for a few moments, then use a wooden spatula or similar to gently push the egg mixture back and forth until the scrambled eggs still look slightly moist and juicy.
