Tartlets with Scrambled Eggs and Bacon

The perfect tartlets with scrambled eggs and bacon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Discs Puff pastry slices
  • 6 Pc. Eggs
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 120 g Diced Bacon
  • 1 tbsp Freshly chopped chives
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Thaw the puff pastry, cut out the pastry with a large glass. Prick the dough all around with a fork. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top and bottom heat. Place the puff pastry tartlets on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes. Whisk the eggs with the milk and season with salt and pepper. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the bacon cubes well in it. If the bacon is too streaky, you don’t need butter. Pour the egg mixture over it and fry to scrambled eggs, stirring occasionally. Then the whole thing Spread on top of the baked puff pastry, garnish with chives and serve hot.
