Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g minced meat, whether beef or pork
- 3 eggs
- ½ onion(s)
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Heat oil in a pan, fry the minced meat and onions, and season with salt, paprika, and pepper. Meanwhile, whisk the egg and add it to the minced meat toward the end of the cooking time. Cover and let it set over low heat. At the end, garnish with some fresh chives. If desired, you can also add a few chopped tomatoes. Serve with fresh baguette or flatbread.
