Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250g tagliatelle
- 1 pack of seafood, frozen
- 1 cup of cream
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 shot of white wine
- oil
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the tagliatelle al dente. Add oil to the pan, fry 3-4 tablespoons of tomato paste, then deglaze with cream and white wine. Add the frozen seafood to the sauce and let it thaw until the sauce has reduced slightly. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Serve the tagliatelle and pour the sauce over it.
