Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 50 ml milk
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 onion(s)
- 125 g bacon, diced
- 2 slices cheese, diced (preferably Gouda)
- chili powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Paprika powder
- Herbs, of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
First, dice the onion and fry it in the oil with the bacon. When the onions are translucent and the bacon is well browned, mince the garlic clove and add it to the pan just before the eggs. Meanwhile, prepare the eggs themselves. To do this, beat the eggs with the milk, spices, herbs, and chili flakes. Then pour the egg mixture into the pan and stir until the scrambled eggs are firm and only a little moisture remains. Then add the diced cheese and wait until the scrambled eggs have their typical crumbly texture and the cheese has melted into the mixture.
