Scrambled eggs with salmon strips

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 eggs
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • e.g. cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp dill, fresh
  • 3 spring onions
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • some coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash the dill, shake dry, and finely chop. Wash the spring onions, dry them, and slice them into rings. Cut the salmon into strips. Whisk together the eggs, soy sauce, cayenne pepper, and dill. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the spring onions. Add the eggs and salmon strips and cook until set. Serve the salmon scrambled eggs garnished with cilantro. This dish contains approximately 317 kcal per serving.
