Sea Bream from Oven
The perfect sea bream from oven recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 piece Sea bream
- 2 piece Lemon fresh
- Fresh dill
- Rapeseed oil
- Butter
- Bacon
- 1 cups Crème fraîche with herbs
- 1 Onion
- Let the sea breams thaw in the refrigerator. Boil potatoes with their skin on and let cool down a little, then peel them off. Rinse the sea bream with water and pat dry. Drizzle with lemon juice inside and out and let it steep for a few minutes. Then rub the inside and outside with salt or fish seasoning. Remove the peel from one lemon and cut into slices, stick 1 slice with roughly chopped dill in the sea bream and stick with chopsticks. Slightly cut the skin at the top of the back. Put the creme fraiche in a small bowl and add the chopped dill, some chilli, pepper and diced onion, chill.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Brush a casserole dish lightly with rapeseed oil, put in the remaining lemon slices and then the sea bream. Put the sea bream in the oven, turn over after 10 minutes. Then cook for another 10 to 15 minutes, at the end put some cold butter on the skin.
- While the fish is in the oven, prepare the fried potatoes with the bacon and onions. Serve the sea bream with the fried potatoes and the dip.
