Sea Bream from Roasting Dish

The perfect sea bream from roasting dish recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 piece Sea bream fillets á 100 g. Ready to cook
  • 3 Branches Rosemary fresh
  • 3 Branches Fresh thyme
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 50 ml. White wine sweet or semi-dry
  1. Grease the casserole dish (roaster) with the olive oil and place the washed fillets in the roaster with the skin side up. Salt and pepper lightly. Place the herbs on top and pour on the wine. Cook in the oven for approx. 15 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.
  2. There is boiled potato with it.
  3. It works easily and doesn’t require a lot of work and is such a clean affair.
