Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 100 g seafood, frozen
  • 1 large tomato(s)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tsp, leveled paprika powder
  • 1 tsp, heaped basil
  • 1 tsp, heaped marjoram
  • olive oil
  • e.g. Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Dice the tomato. Brown the seafood in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. After 2 minutes, add the tomato paste and stir briefly until smooth. Then add the diced tomato and simmer gently. When the pasta is ready, skim off a little of the pasta cooking water with a small cup and add it to the pan with the seafood, stirring until you have a smooth, not too thin, sauce. Add seasonings and season to taste. Drain the pasta, add it to the pan, and toss with the sauce. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with freshly shaved Parmesan cheese, if desired.
