Seaweed dumplings

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g dumpling bread
  • 3 tbsp Wakame, dried
  • 125 g crab
  • 2 tbsp onion granules
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 50 ml cream
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 55 minutes

Soak the wakame for at least 2 hours. Squeeze the seaweed thoroughly and then chop finely. Chop the shrimp very finely. Mix all ingredients into the dumpling bread and knead thoroughly. Let stand for at least 20 minutes. Shape the dough into 7 to 8 equal-sized dumplings. Cook in a tabletop steamer for about 40 minutes.
