Sellery Soup

  • 1 piece Fresh celery
  • 8 piece Wiener sausages
  • 4 piece Potato
  • 6 piece Medium sized carrot
  • 1 piece Leek
  • 1,5 liter Vegetable broth
  • Some green of the celery
  • Parsley
  • Salt pepper
  1. Chop the vegetables, best dice, cut the sausage into slices
  2. Lightly sauté the vegetables in the pot, deglaze with the stock, season, add the sausage and simmer until the vegetables are firm to the bite
