Köttbullar
The perfect köttbullar recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Boiled potatoes
- 1 Onion
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 2 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- 200 g Cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- 3 tablespoon Oil
- 350 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- 2 tablespoon Wild cranberries from the jar
- Peel the boiled potatoes and crush them with a fork, peel the onion and cut into cubes.
- Knead the minced meat with onion, breadcrumbs, egg and 50 g of cream, season with salt and pepper and form small meatballs, fry in portions in a pan with hot oil —– remove
- Pour in the vegetable stock and cream, bring to the boil, season with salt and pepper.
- Now mix the flour with 50 ml of water and add to the sauce, bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes over low heat.
- Stir in the lingonberries, season to taste again and heat the Köttbullar in it. We ate mashed potatoes with it; 🙂
