Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup mineral water (seltzer)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pack of sauce powder (vanilla flavor dessert sauce)
  • 3 cups flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

This recipe is enough for one baking tray or two bowls. Please use large cups. Now for the recipe: Put everything together in a bowl and mix. That’s pretty much it. Now put the batter on a baking tray and spread it out evenly. Bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C fan-assisted oven. You can do lots of things with this batter, for example divide the batter into different bowls and then mix in food colouring, then spread the different batters crisscross on the baking tray, and you’ve got parrot cake. Or put cherries or plums on top, that tastes delicious too.
