Ingredients

  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 150 g Semolina
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 1 tsp Butter

Instructions

  • Beat eggs and sugar until frothy. Slowly pour in the semolina and stir everything into a smooth dough.
  • Preheat the oven to 225 degrees. Butter the baking dish and pour in the batter. Bring the milk to a boil and after a baking time of 15 minutes pour it over the cake. The milk is completely absorbed. The cake is ready when it turns brown on top.
  • Use a sufficiently large baking dish because the cake will rise quite a bit. There must still be room for the milk. Unexpectedly fluffy!
