Semolina Cake with Apples

  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 180 g Semolina
  • 100 g Flour
  • 1,5 tsp Baking powder
  • 750 g Apples
  • 100 g Hazelnut brittle
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Juice of one lemon
