Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g margarine
- 125 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 4 m.-sized eggs
- 1,000 g quark, low-fat quark (20%)
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- 6 tbsp semolina
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 50 g raisins (soaked in rum)
- 1 tsp rum
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
without bottom
Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff (with a pinch of salt). Mix all the other ingredients together and finally fold in the beaten egg whites. Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 60-70 minutes. Loosen the edges of the cake with a knife and let it cool completely in the pan before turning it out.
