Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ liter of milk
  • 3 tbsp semolina, soft
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp, heaped butter
  • 100 g whipped cream, if you like it

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Bring the milk to a boil and remove from the heat. Stir in the semolina and bring back to a boil. Then add the honey and butter and pour the semolina porridge into a cold, rinsed bowl. For a particularly fluffy texture, fold in whipped cream.
