Vegan chocolate pudding

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 600 ml soy milk (soy drink), with chocolate flavor
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, chocolate
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine 100 ml of the soy milk with the pudding mix and stir until no lumps remain. If you prefer it a little sweeter, you can add 1 sachet of vanilla sugar. Bring the remaining soy milk to a boil, remove from the heat briefly, then add the pudding mix while stirring and bring to a boil briefly. Enjoy warm or cold, depending on your taste. Tastes great with cherry compote or raspberries. At Christmas time, you can also add a pinch of cinnamon or a splash of rum.
