Semolina porridge with lemon flavor

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 30 g semolina (soft wheat semolina)
  • ¼ tsp lemon zest, grated
  • Sweetener to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Bring the milk to a boil with the sweetener and lemon zest. Reduce the heat slightly and stir in the semolina. Simmer while stirring until a porridge forms. Pour the porridge into a small glass bowl and refrigerate to set.
