Semolina porridge without eggs

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml milk (1.5%)
  • 100 g semolina, fine
  • 1 tbsp, leveled cane sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp, levelled vanilla sugar
  • 20 g dark chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the milk, raw cane sugar, honey, and vanilla sugar in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat, but do not bring to a boil. Remove the pan from the heat and whisk in the semolina. Reduce heat to low, stirring constantly, until the semolina thickens. Divide the mixture among 4 plates and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
