Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 liter of milk, 1.5%
  • 100 g semolina
  • 120 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp pudding powder, vanilla
  • 150 ml mineral water

Instructions

Separate the two eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and refrigerate. Place the two egg yolks in a large bowl, add the heavy cream, water, sugar, and pudding mix, and whisk until frothy. Bring the milk to a boil, stir in the mixture, then drizzle in the semolina, stirring continuously until it boils. Remove the pan from the heat and quickly fold in the beaten egg whites. It took a lot of testing, but now it tastes really good.
