American tuna salad for sandwiches

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 can tuna, in oil or water, drained
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cucumbers (deli cucumbers), diced
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp Miracle Whip
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly celery, very finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

My favorite spread

Drain the tuna and cut into small pieces. Mix the diced onion and cucumber with the mayonnaise and season with salt and white pepper. Meanwhile, heat the pan and softly scramble the eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Let cool slightly. Mix all ingredients well in the mayo mix. Spread a finger-thick layer on slices of white bread and place the top slice on top. Cut diagonally. You can let the spread sit in the fridge, but I like it best when it’s still half warm. If desired, you can also add celery for a different flavor.
